"Not All" - an inspirational poem
Galatians 6:9 KJV – “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Not all whom you love will love you back.
Love them anyway.
Not all whom you choose to help will show gratitude.
Help them anyway.
Not all to whom you choose to be kind will return that kindness.
Be kind anyway.
Not all will see your work on their behalf behind the scenes.
Work on their behalf anyway.
Not all with whom you share your vision will see as clearly as you do.
Build your vision anyway.
Not all will understand the inner motivation that pushes you beyond
conventional boundaries and perceived limitations.
Stay motivated and push anyway.
Not all will understand why you forgive those who are unforgivable.
Forgive them anyway.
Very few will ever know of the many days and nights that you pray for them.
Pray for them anyway.
Fewer still will understand the path wherein God leads you to walk.
Walk with God anyway.
